Who is Melissa Fenrich?

Melissa Fenrich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Arizona. Melissa graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work as well as obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. She currently works as a child clinician in a community mental health agency as well as in private practice with adults and children. Melissa is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Certified EMDR Therapist through the EMDR International Association. She is also a Registered Play Therapist through the Association for Play Therapy and a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional through the International Association for Trauma Professionals. Melissa specializes in complex childhood trauma with extensive training in attachment and dissociative disorders. She has a strong passion for working with children and families and has worked with this population for more than a decade in several capacities, including child welfare and domestic violence programs. She is highly creative and enjoys crafting and painting as well as spending time with her cat, Skinny.
